Growth Mindset
growth mindset is something i have never focus on even trying to improve it. i have never watch a ted talk before but after watching Carol Dweck speak on the topic is was very fascinating how much people actually miss in terms of working and growing their mindset. after watching the ted talk i feel like i have a growth mindset because i have always felt in a way if something is too easy for me i would not be very interested in doing what it is, if it too easy it would not make me want to come back to do more so if i find something hard that when i feel like i have to put in work to see if i can understand what it is i am trying to solve. i feel like talking about mindset should be taught more to younger people to understand their self even more and it will then make it an easier topic to talk about. image link: https://th.bing.com/th/id/R.b908b28d80c03562747471134fdda73e?rik=n08UOduE5M9GpQ&riu=http%3a%2f%2fwww.gettingsmart.com%2fwp-content%2fuploads%2f
